How to control the material fineness?

To control the fineness of the material, simply adjust the grinding time. The longer you grind the material, the finer it becomes. However, make sure not to work continuously for more than 3 minutes to prevent overheating.

What to do if the finished material is not fine enough?

If the material is not fine enough, you can grind it again for a shorter duration. Each machine is equipped with a mesh sieve to remove any coarse particles for regrinding.

Will this grinder work well for salt, sugar, or nuts?

It is not recommended to use this grinder for salt, sugar, or oily items like peanuts, walnuts, and sesames. These items may stick to the blades when running at high speeds. If you still want to try, it is best to mix baked nuts with dry grains (like rice) and grind them together.

Please note that the following usage cannot be satisfied!!!

Our grinder is a dry grinder and cannot grind wet or fresh items, including meat, vegetables, and fruits. It also cannot make butter or peanut butter.

【Upgraded Safety Protection Lid】The grain grinder has a safety protection lid that automatically stops working when opened, ensuring user safety. The lid has two induction switches on the buckles, which allows the mill to start only when the lid is completely closed. If the grinder does not turn on initially, please adjust the lid as shown in image 5.

【OVERLOAD PROTECTOR】The grinder is equipped with an overload protector that automatically stops the operation when the machine is overloaded or overheated. To solve this issue, simply replace the carbon brushes on both sides and press the overload protector again to resume operation.

【High Power & High Speed】The grinder has a capacity of 700g, power of 2400W, and speed of 28000r/min. The working time should not exceed 3 minutes. It is important to note that during operation, the material should cover the long blade in the middle and not exceed 2/3 of the tank. The best grinding results are achieved when the tank is filled to half capacity. The high-speed grinding process generates heat, so it is normal for the machine to become slightly warm.

【USE TIPS】1. Make sure to fully buckle the lid before turning on the grinder. Refer to the manual, video, or image 5 for instructions on how to close the lid. 2. The materials being ground must be dry enough. 3. Allow the machine to rest for 5-10 minutes after every 3 minutes of operation.
