2. Why does the blade get stuck and not work properly during meat cutting? 1) Fresh meat has a tender texture and can easily catch on the blade. It is recommended to flash freeze fresh meat before slicing. 2)The meat taken directly from the refrigerator is too hard. Please thaw for 15-20 min to reach a semi frozen state.

3. About Uneven Slices. Do not push the ingredients too hard to avoid uneven slicing. Timely cleaning of slices behind it to prevent stacking.

4. How to fix a slide that is difficult to move or jammed? Check if there are food debris lodged in the middle of the chute. Use the small brush in the package to clean. Use petroleum jelly or hand cream to enhance smooth movement of the slide. It is not advisable to use cooking oil.
