Upgraded Safety Protection Lid

The Open-Cover-Stop grain grinder automatically stops when its lid is opened, enhancing use security. Two induction switches on both sides ensure the grinder only starts when the lid is fully closed. If it fails to turn on initially, adjust the lid as shown in image 5.

Overload Protector

An advanced overload protector operates when the grinder is overloaded or overheated. To resolve this, simply replace the carbon brushes on both sides and re-press the overload protector, allowing the grinder to function again.

NOTE: For optimal performance, ensure the material covers the middle blade and does not exceed 2/3 of the tank. 1/2 of the tank is recommended. The grinding process generates heat due to high-speed operation within the closed tank, which is normal for the machine.

Usage Tips

1. Safety: Our grinder can only be turned on when the lid is fully buckled. Follow the instructions in the manual, video, or image 5 on how to properly close the lid.
2. Preparation: Ensure the materials for grinding are sufficiently dry.
3. Maintenance: Rest the machine for 5-10 minutes after every 3 minutes of operation to maintain optimal performance.
